- DLA Maritime - Portsmouth, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate through full and open competition after exclusion of sources via 100% Small Business Set-Aside, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, for the procurement of 1 EACH BALL SCREW ASSEMBLY. Assembly to be manufactured in accordance IAW a Government Drawing. Instructions shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-12-Q-3022, shall be posted on or about 13 April 2012 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 336419 with a small business standard of 1,000 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004 ALT A, Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Lack of current registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
