- This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about April 20, 2012 for upgrading the Building 92 Toilet Rooms, Project No. 528A6-11-612. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to complete all work, which generally consists of, but is not limited to, restoration of existing ceramic floor tile, glazed block walls, removing and replacing existing lavoratories, toilets and urinals, removing existing toilet room partitions and replacing with new materials. Also included will be painting, ceiling tile replacement and other work to be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5 M. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation.
