- Description
- The Olmsted Locks hydraulic oil is degrading and is in need of replacement. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, and materials necessary to remove existing hydraulic oil from all systems, properly dispose, clean, and flush all systems, and replace with new hydraulic oil in all systems as indicated within the specifications and drawings herein. The performance period is 30 calendar days. This is a Best Value solicitation and the basis for award is the tradeoff process. Proposals will be evaluated by the government in accordance with the following criteria: Past Experience, Past Performance, Small Business Participation, Technical Approach, Management, Safety, and Price and Pro Forma Information. The estimated issue date is 20 April 2012, with an approximate proposal due date of 21 May 2012. This project is available by downloading from the Internet only. The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Downloading the files for the project requires registration at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.fbo.gov. Downloads are available only through the FedBizOps website.
