- MAP SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Services RACE Division located in Seattle, WA is seeking for a contractor to provide services for modification of the Oregon State University Tidal Data Inversion Program. The entire solicitation is attached. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) of this procurement is 541990 with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract, period of performance commencing approximately June 1, 2012 through Dec 31, 2012. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. Vendors responding to RFQ must submit a technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov. This is a simplified acquisition. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
