- Delineated Area GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Pittstown Delineated Area: See attached Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,756 of which approximately 3,756 square feet is office space and approximately 2,000 square feet is warehouse space. Maximum Sq. Ft. In addition to the office and ware house space, the space shall be able to accommodate a 1,500 square foot wareyard. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required.
