- The Bureau of Land Management, Kanab, Utah has a requirement to replace the current HVAC system at the Big Water Visitor Center approximately 50 miles east of Kanab, Utah. This requirement is for an offeror to provide all parts, labor, supplies and equipment to install a replacement HVAC system. This requirement is being advertised under NAICS code 811412 as a total small business set-aside with a smalll business size standard of $14.0 Million dollars. A full solicitation package will be released with full specifications, drawings, wage determination and provisions on or about April 23, 2012.
