- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Military Academy is looking for sources that can provide the buttons for the cadet dress hats. Military Specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF18 Solicitation. If you can provide a solution for this requirement please email a quote along with a completed copy of the SF18 solicitation to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the due date of 1600 EST on 16 April 2012.
