- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT seeks Lease Commercial Space for Lease YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,000 square feet of space in Youngstown, Ohio. The space shall yield between 2,860 and 3,146 BOMA usable square feet and shall include 5,000 to 5,500 square feet of warehouse and 5,000 to 5,500 square feet of wareyard. The proposed lease is for ten years, five-years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered spaced must meetin Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Since the Government already occupies space within the delineated area, estimated move and tenant improvement cots will be considered with all solicitations. The Government seeks existing commercial space and will only consider new construction as a last resort.
