- Bill of Materials and Specifications for Brandname or Equal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes request for quote for Firm Fixed Price and FOB Destination. New not Refurbished. Small Business Set-Aside The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. No questions after 17 April 12. If you have questions contact Michael DeSouto at 540-265-5171 or e-mail: mdesouto@fs.fed.us. See attached spreadsheet - Bill of Materials with specifications for Brandname or equal. Fill in attached BOM with unit cost and extended cost per item and attach to quote. Include your cage code or duns number, Federal Tax ID, contact name, phone number and e-mail address in your response. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision is: Evaluation factors and significant subfactors as stated in the solicitation are as follows. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of a proposal and technically acceptable. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, lowest price and meets technical requirements. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Offerors must be CCR Registered and have Certifications and Representations completed in ORCA at https://www.bpn.gov FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
