- Solicitation Letter to Vendors The Fremont-Winema National Forest, Silver Lake Ranger District is issuing a combined/synopsis ssolicitation for Grounds Maintenance Services to be performed at the Silver Lake Ranger District compound. The combined/synopsis solicitations for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Sub Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes/proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is AG-04P5-S-12-0010 is being as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
