- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, UT has a requirement for an Ecological Site Inventory to be conducted on BLM lands in Utah. These lands are administered by the Salt Lake Field Office in Box Elder County, Utah as outlined in the Statement of Work. Vendors interested in proposing on the requirement can have no vested interest in the outcome of the ESI to be done. Vendors are provided here a statement of work, maps, wage determination, provisions, evaluation factors and method for providing proposals to BLM. Questions regarding this requirement should be directed to the contracting officer or her representative between now and April 16 by email at jgoss@blm.gov so that questions for clarification can be consolidated and if necessary an amendment providing answers to those clarifications provided to all vendors.
