- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing items, and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work for project 538-12-100, entitled Replace/Add Emergency Generators at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Work to be completed within 210 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on line on or about March 30, 2012. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (local time) in Building 1, Room 121, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. Bid Opening is scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (local time). This project is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. NAICS Code 238210
