- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement and attachments constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFP number is N00189-12-R-0024. This contract award will consist of a three CLIN structure. CLIN 1001 will be Firm-Fixed Price CNAL Deputy Carrier Operations, CLIN 1002 will be Firm-Fixed Price CNAL Assistant Air Operations and CLIN 1003 will be Cost, amount provided by the Government for anticipated Travel. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-56 and DFARS Change Notice 20120330. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. NAVUSP FLC Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing one (1) base year and four (4) option years for CNAL Deputy Carrier Operations and CNAL Assistant Air Operations Support Services by 1500 hours on 26 April 2012.
