- Sources Sought This is a request for information/sources sought for the following. No contract will result from this request for information. The Hill AFB F-16 System Program Office has interest and is seeking sources with the demonstrated expertise and experience for a contract to develop and execute the F-16 Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) program leading to a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) of the airframe's structure. It will be the intent of the Engineering Manufacturing and Development phase to acquire a Technical Data Package (TDP) as the final deliverable.
