- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for additional storage equipment needed to augment the Tulsa District's current electronic back-up system to Contemporary Cybernetics Group, Inc. DBA Cybernetics, 111 Cybernetics Way STE 300, Yorktown, VA. The requested purchase order assists in meeting USACE objectives to expand the capacity of the current system to maintain electronic support to the Tulsa District, Army Corps of Engineers work site. The USACE-CECT-SWT district intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (c), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Cybernetics is the only provider of the required equipment to maintain current warranties on existing equipment and maintain capability.
