- Redacted Justification & Approval This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or sources will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The contractor will provide gym memberships that FEMA employees can utilize during their lunch break in order to increase health and wellness. The membership will include access to a wide variety of exercise equipment, fitness assessments, personal trainers, free group exercise classes, and workshops on health and fitness topics. The location shall be within a 10-minute walk of the FEMA office located at 500 C St. SW, Washington, DC 20547. The period of performance will be for a base year and four 12-month options.
