- Attachment 2 of 2 to Solicitation W91236-12-T-0008 (Past Performance Questionnaire). Attachment 1 of 2 to Soliciation W91236-12-T-0008 (Statement of Work and Technical Requirements). Solicitation Document W91236-12-T-0008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of furniture for the Sacramento Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), Sacramento, California. All work is to be performed in accordance with the statement of work and associated technical requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and project management to coordinate deliveries, load and unload furniture, place/install in designated rooms, assemble items as required, secure and store as designated, and properly dispose of all associated packaging/crating materials. The Contractor shall schedule a pre-installation site visit to the MEPS facility prior to ordering furniture to verify the actual room sizes for furniture placement and to verify available electrical connectivity as needed for the proposed furniture. All quotes shall include field verification of spaces for furniture placement, electrical verification, delivery and installation.
