- Individual Subcontracting Plan Checklist and Review Draft Form DD254 Contract Data Requirements List CDRLs (A001-A005) Representations and Certifications Proposal Content Checklist Cost Proposal Instructions Call Announcement (CALL) 0008 BAA 10-RD-01 Topic Area 4 Space Situational Awareness (SSA). Technical POC: Quentin Dierks (DSN 246-9667, COMM 505-846-9667). Technical solutions should address Advancing Space Situational Awareness (SSA) concepts. Solutions include, but aren't limited to: SSA R&D, systems engineering, system, & architecture modeling & simulation, electro-optical (EO) SSA & related concepts, second-generation sodium beacon & adaptive optics, resolved and non-resolved imaging, non-imaging, multiple aperture, distributed systems, and support for component and system level testing & analysis. Overview/Scope: The goal of this effort is to develop advanced technologies to further exploit current and future Electro-Optical (EO) Space Situational Awareness (SSA) systems. Contractor will provide theoretical and/or experimental research, technology development, prototype system development and engineering, software development and use, system testing, and validation in the EO SSA technology areas associated with Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination. Additionally, results of research for AFRL and other Government agencies in SSA related test programs must be validated as required.
