- Contract Documents SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY SOLICITATION OF BIDS Project GJCC2012-003 - Gymnasium Roof Retrofit & Repairs ResCare, Inc., operator of Guthrie Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for the Gymnasium Roof Retrofit & Repairs. This project is located at 3106 W University, Guthrie OK and is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Project is subject to Davis-Bacon and Buy American Act. Value of contract is $100,000 to $150,000. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is REQUIRED in order to submit bids on this project. Pre-Bid Conference: Friday, May 4th, 2012 - 11:00am Central Time at Guthrie Job Corps Center. Bid Date: Friday, May 25th, 2012 by 2:00pm Central Time. SITE VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
