Description

This is a notice of intent of the VISN 20 Network Contracting Officer, 5115 NE 82nd Ave, Suite 203 Vancouver WA 98662, In accordance with FAR Part 13.106(b) and 41 USC 253(d)(1)(A), to solicit with a single source for the procurement of Pharmacy Academic Detailing services with the ALOSA Foundation. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by COB Monday April 9th, 2012. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining interested parties for future procurements on a competitive basis. A solicitation will only be made available by written request and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All inquiries must be submitted by email to the POC located in this notice. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
