- Description
- This project is for the remodeling of a residence at the Stevens Pass Ski area. Work may include installation of sheet rock, floor covering, new back door, lighting, plumbing, painting, electrical, electric funace, plumbing, kitchen cabinets & counter top and e-furbishing of the existing wood floor. To reach project site, travel 65 miles east of Everett, WA on Hwy 2, the residence is located on the right hand side of highway. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is April 19, 2012. Estimated start work date is approx mid-June 2012 with all work to be completed by approx mid November 2012. The Governments estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
