- Network Contracting Office (NCO) is plan to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain annual maintenance services for Quincy Control Air, Medical Air, Lab Air,Reitchle Medical and Lab Vacuum Units at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. The solicitation number is VA-261-12-R-0698. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 11, 2012 with an anticipated proposal due date of April 30, 2012. The contractor shall furnish tools, equipment, materials, labor and transportation, annual maintenance services for Quincy Control Air, Medical Air, Lab Air, Reitchle medical and Lab Vacuum Units at the Veterans Affair Palo Alto Health Care System. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins June 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012 with four (4) option year. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 811310 and the size standard is $7 million and will be a firm fixed priced contract. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic (Services Disable Veterans Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business) categories should send their information by email to Helena.zhao@va.gov no later than 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time, April 10, 2012.
