- Pricing Schedule Attachments to Statement of Work Statement of Work Clauses & Provisions SF-1447 The Small Business Administration (SBA) has a need for print and mail services in support of its loan programs. This notice amended to the presolicitation notice is a solicitation for proposals. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561499, All Other Business Support Services, with a size standard of $7 Million. The Product Service Code is R604, Mailing and Distribution Services. This solicitation is advertised for full and open competition. Attached to this notice are the following documents: (1) Standard Form 1447, consisting of 2 pages; (2) Performance-Based Statement of Work (SOW), consisting of 13 pages; (3) Attachments to the SOW, consisting of 31 pages; (4) Clauses and Provisions, consisting of 45 pages; and (5) Pricing Schedule, consisting of 2 pages. Questions shall be sent by email to Cheryl.Flanagan@sba.gov no later than 5 p.m., Mountain Time, April 16, 2012. Answers will be in writing and posted to this website as an amendment to this notice. The SBA intends to award one contract with firm-fixed, fully loaded rates, and a not-to-exceed price for one base year and four option years. Offerors should download all attachments for complete information about this solicitation. Offers must be received in writing and in accordance with instructions in the solicitation provisions (attached) no later than 5 p.m., Mountain Time, May 9, 2012.
