- The JWARN program office seekssolutions to the Increment 2 targetedcapabilities that can fit into a series ofdiscoverable, net-centric web servicesand also meet the hosting andintegration needs of various Service C2systems. These capabilities may alsoinclude improved implementations ofthe existing capability of the currentIncrement 1 baseline that have beenrewritten or redesigned for use in otherconfigurations or at other Governmentagencies. The JWARN program office isinterested in other mature capability,which ideally, would be those types ofutilities that have been employed byoperational forces and first respondersin real work environments or as part ofdocumented advanced technologydemonstrations, operational exercises,or experiments and have beendeemed to provide added utility andvalue to Warfighters, StrategicPlanners, CBRN Defense Personnel andAnalysts, and First Responders. Anysubmissions must include concepts ofoperation that were employed with thiscapability. Interested parties arerequested to provide a 25 pagesuccinct response no later than 27 April2012 at 16:00 PDT. Responses shallbe submitted to SPAWAR electronicallyvia the SPAWAR e-Commerce Centralwebsite, located at:https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil.
