- NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF SAUDI ARABIA. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF SAUDI ARABIA. This is the second Pre-solicitation notice for the requirement of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in support of the Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG). Description of Requirement: This requirement is for the purchase of O&M (base operations / installation support) services in support of OPM-SANG in Saudi Arabia (Eskan Village, Al Eskan) located south of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Services required are facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, housing management, supply management, transportation, recreational services, and Government Relation services. Primary tasks include but are not limited to: preventive maintenance of facilities, maintenance and repair of Government vehicles/equipment, supply warehouse management, work order management, janitorial services, landscaping services, minor construction works, Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) or Recreational program support, and Government Relations services, which involve handling documents between U.S. Embassy in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and embassies of other governments. The U.S. Government intends to award a Firm-fixed Price with Award Fee (FPAF) contract as result of the actual solicitation (DRAFT to be issued and publicized on ASFI by 9 April 2012). The estimated magnitude of the required services is from $5,000,000.00 to $15,000,000.00. NOTE: Any resultant contract may be above or below the range specified herein. This notice will serve to notify the public of the date identified for a Site Visit and Pre-solicitation conference on 9 May 2012. The current DRAFT solicitation number is W90BRJ-12-R-0004, which is anticipated to be released on 9 April 2012. Any e-mails sent to this office regarding the solicitation must have the solicitation number "W90BRJ-12-R-0004" in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in no response. Responses are requested to be provided by electronic submission to the Points of Contacts (POC) identified below. Responses and supporting documents for installation access are required by 30 APRIL 2012. Failure to provide the required documentation by the required date may render your company ineligible to attend the Site Visit and Pre-solicitation conference.
