- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-09-G-0005 on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors. This effort is for work required to support Systems and Software Integration (S&SI) for H-60 air platform variants. Work to be performed includes technical, management, and process support required for development/upgrade, aircraft procurement, and operations/maintenance. Options will be used in the resultant Order to perform the work described above and will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Problem Analysis and Correction, Systems Configuration Testing, Software Merge(s), Trade/Technical Studies, Auto-Loader Support, and Program Related Engineering Support. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements;" because they are the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge of the MH-60 mission systems design to allow them to perform these integration efforts in a timely and cost effective manner.
