- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information inculded in this notice. The announcement constitutes th eonly solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a request for proposal (RFP). The incorporated document and provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, and DFARS Change Notice 20111028. This requirement is being synopsized as a competitive small business set aside acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335921, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for the following items: -qty sixty (60) FOCONNECTOR LC SIM HOTMELT (part #: 6603-S) -qty sixty (60) FOCONNECTOR ST HOTMELT SM (part #: 8100-YS) -qty eight (8) T1/E1 TO FIBER MM SC 2KM (part #: S6010-1013-NA) -qty eight (8) T1/E1 TO FIBER SM SC (part #: S6010-1014-NA) -qty six (6) 100MBTX+FXSMSC20KMSTRAND ALONE (part #: E-100BTX-FX-05(SM)) -qty one thousand (1,000) FIBER OPTIC SM BREAKOUT CABLE, 2 STRAND OFNP (part #: BX002KSLX9YP) -qty one thousand (1,000) FIBER OPTIC MM OM1 BREAKOUT CABLE, 2 STAND OFNP (part #: BX002KWLS90P) -qty three (3) SM-4 VIDEO, DIGITALLY PROCESSED, RX, RACK (part #: S7707VR-RST) -qty three (3) SM-4 CH VIDEO DIGITALLY PROCESSED, TX, RACK (part # S7707VT-RST) Method of Payment The method of payment for this procurement will be Visa Card. Acceptance and Delivery will be to: Naval Air Warfare Center Bldg 2118 23013 Cedar Point Rd. Patuxent River, MD 20670-1183 Shipping Charges: These items will be delivered F.O.B. destination, hence shipping shall be included in the quoted price.
