- Purchase Request number IQC12054009014, 11F, GALAXY C-5 AIRCRAFT, SEAL, CURVIC, Solicitation Number SPM4A6-12-R-0617. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and four option years. This requirement will be solicited as a 50% partial set aside. The IQC requirements will reflect the 50% partial set aside portion and the unrestricted portion. The approved sources are F.P.I., Inc, CAGE 07107, part number 16-4755-1208 and Honeywell International, Inc, CAGE 99193, part number 366289-1. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 30 each for base year only' Minimum Order Quantity for base and options is 30 each; Maximum Order Quantity is 120 each for base and options; Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) for base and options is 120 and the Total Maximum Contract Quantity is 1200 each for the base and options. The delivery schedule for the base and option years is 170 days ARO. Surge and sustainment is not required. The anticipated issue date is April 20, 2012 & closing date of May 21, 2012. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or before April 20, 2012. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
