- Description
- This is a solicitation notice for Furniture Management Office at Fairchild AFB, WA. Solicitation number FA4620-12-R-A003. The subject acquisition is for performance of Furniture Management Office services, store, deliver, pick up, and turn-in Government owned furnishings, equipment, and appliances authorized for use in designated Government owned facilities on Fairchild AFB. This acquisition will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. A firm-fixed price type of contract will result from this solicitation. The performance period will be for a base year with an anticipated start date of 1 October 2012, and four one-year Option Year periods beginning 01 October 2013 - 30 September 2014, 01 October 2014 - 30 September 2015, 01 October 2015 - 30 September 2016, and 01 October 2016 - 30 September 2017. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran small business set-aside with an applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) of 493110 and the related small business size is $25.5 million. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Procurement documents will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format nor CDs. Notification of any changes to this solicitation will be made ONLY on the FBO website. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the site daily for any posted changes in the solicitation documents, which will be available on or about 19 April 2012. Download from the Internet is free of charge; however, the solicitation documents may take time to download. The closing date and time for submission of offers and site visit information will be contained in the solicitation package. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
