- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review attached RFQ, and response NLT 09 Apr 2012, 1600 PST Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to deliver of two (2) Precast Concrete Vaults to 6350 Howy Wells, Las Vegas Nevada. The vendor must be able to deliver the precast vaults within ten (10) days of award of contract. The proposed procurement is a set aside for total small business, NAICS 327390 with corresponding small business size of 500 employees.
