- This modification is to add a drawing. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL. NSWCPCD is requesting competitive quotes from qualified small businesses for the fabrication, test, and delivery of ten (10) each Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) chocks in accordance with NSWC PCD drawing 07070-41842. The order will contain an option for an additional twenty (20) chocks. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror meeting requirements and will result in a firm fixed purchase order. Delivery is required by ninety (90) days after award of the order. Hardware will be delivered to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC) 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. Requests for the drawing should be e-mailed to Donald.D.McManus@navy.mil. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price and on or about 04/09/12. NAICS Code 332710 applies. Small business size standard is 500 employees.
