- Title: H- Quality Control, Testing, and Inspection Services Document Type: Synopsis Amendment Solicitation Number: W911S2-12-T-3006 Classification Code: H212 - Equipment and Materials Testing Services/Fire Control Equipment Set Aside: N/A, Unrestricted NAICS Code: 541380-Testing Laboratories Description: This serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation for Fire Hydrants Inspection and Testing will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S212T3006. The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform testing and inspection of Fire Hydrants on Fort Drum, New York. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price". This procurement is Unrestricted and open to all Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 926130. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov.
