- The following question was posed: "The Statement of Work provides a surge capacity requirement for up to twenty installations to be performed simultaneously (SOW Item 4). Main rotor blade removal is not included in the MWO provided. If an Offeror needs to remove the main rotor blades to achieve this capacity, is the Government agreeable to main rotor blade removal?" Due to the Maintenance Test Flight that would be required by USA T.M. 1-1500-328-23 if such rotor blades were removed, the Government seeks to find a vendor who can meet the requirements of this solicitation without removal of the rotor blades.
