- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested. Solicitation number AG-2D37-S-12-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 115112 and the business size standard is $7 million. This Request for Quotation is for professional services needed to purchase and deliver high calcium agricultural lime. A portion of the lime will be spread using a lime spreader and a portion of the lime will be dumped and leveled over wide areas on properties in Normalville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a firm-fixed price procurement. The limestone spreading and Deliverables shall be completed/submitted in accordance with the attached specifications. A SITE SHOWING IS SCHEDULED FOR Tuesday, April 24, 2012 AT 11:00AM. The location of the site visit is Resh Park in Indian Head, PA (15446) located off of Rts. 711/381, turn onto Indian Head Road Take the first left, CW Resh Road (formerly Hull Road) Resh Park is at the end of that road.
