This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number DG133W-12-RP-0018 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. (iv) This is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 811213 and small business size standard is 10M. (v) A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, including option(s), are in ADDENDEM B. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired are cited in ADDENDEM C. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are in ADDENDUM C. (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition, see ADDENDUM L and additional ADDENDEM(s) for solicitation information. (ix) See ADDENDUM M for evaluation procedures. (x) Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer or ORCA compliance. (xi) Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and other ADDENDUMs as attached. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. (xiii) A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
