- This is a "Sources Sought" notice. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ is considering writing a single Commercial Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for 4G Communications Inc. license renewals. This includes: 4G-ALRS Wave license renewal for files: 0300-0000-DBE0-00000050-0400-00C0-41B0 Qty: 1 Unit 0900-0000-DBE0-000000F0-0B00-0020-B02E Qty: 1 Unit Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, supervision, management, and any other requirements needed to provide training. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 611699. One critical element the government will address during this exploratory phase is to attempt to determine contractor capabilities. Selection will be based on capability to meet the minimum needs of the Government. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR subpart 12.6. A determination will be made once all information is reviewed for the type of Small Business set-aside concern. However; if the government receives inadequate responses from Small Business concerns, the government will use all information obtained from this sources sought request to determine what type, if any, set-aside to utilize. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website http://www.ccr.gov.
