Based on the market research, this Actuator, Mechanical is manufactured specifically for the Military. Solicitation was unrestricted with other than full and ope competition applies. The Solicitation will be available April 20,2012 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Hard copies are not available. FOB Destination is requried. Inspection and Acceptance reequirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery past performa nc, and other evaluation factors described in solicitation.
