- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-12-T-0041; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Quantity 110 (ea) Part number: LM122H/883C. FOB Destination. Shipping charges, if any, to be included into the unit pricing. Delivery date desired: 2 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). This requirement is for the brand name only. No substitutes. New part only, used parts are not acceptable. These parts will undergo extensive Acceptance Testing by NSWC Crane Failure Analysis lab prior to Government acceptance. Used, counterfeit, and non National Instrument parts will not be accepted and will be returned to vendor. No exceptions to and no deviations from National Semiconductor P/N LM122H/883C will be allowed. Quotes for lesser quantities will be accepted and considered. Order(s) will be awarded in manner most advantageous to the government. Due to the age of these items and the quantities needed, this may result in split and/or multiple awards. Certificate of Conformance (CofC) required. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
