- Revision two of the Purchase Description Summary of Changes This solicitation is being reopened to post revisions to the purchased description. The new closing date for this solicitation is April 9, 2012 at 4:00 EDST. Revision one of the Purchase Description is being replaced by Revision two of the Purchase Description (PD) dated March 30, 2012 and a Summary of Changes document are be posted with this modification. The changes to the PD are highlighted in yellow and described in the summary of changes document. All other requirements remain the same.
