- The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition for all labor, equipment, materials, oversight and direction to remove building in its entirety, restore the surface to match adjacent property and retain access to the adjacent building at Mountain Home Air Force Base. A full design including drawings, specifications, environmental sampling report, and initial bid schedule will be provided in addition to a Statement of Work at the time of soliciting. All construction or demolition shall conform to the applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (U.F.C.), Air Force Instructions (AFI), Engineering Technical Letters (ETL), and Mountain Home AFB Architectural Compatibility Standards available on the web at: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/PublicMenu/Doc_list.cfm?sitename=Design&pagename=aces) All construction or demolition is also required to adhere to the current applicable International Building Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Energy Conservation Code, and the National Electrical Code. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. Work is anticipated to be performed within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238910-Demolition, building and structure. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar design-build work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm (8(a), small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUBZone business, or small disadvantaged business). 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. **Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under any resulting solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel any resulting solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
