- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 10 Dayton Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award to Eagle One Medical Transport, a SDVOSB, for Wheelchair/Car transportation services. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented in the FAR 6.302-2. The applicable NAICS Code is 485991, Special Needs Transportation, with a size standard of $7.0M. A Justification and Approval to procure using other than full and open competition is available upon request. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposal. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than April 5, 2012 at 9:00 am EST by sending an e-mail. All interested parties, must be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
