- Description
- SF 1449 RFQ is attached. Leasing Refrigerated Container at Yokota Commissary, Bldg 570 at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform within the country of Japan. The contractor is required to provide three refrigerated containers that meet the specification below. Size: 8' (W) x 8'6" (H) x 40' (L) Temperature range: -25C to + 4C Electric: 200 Volt. 3 Phase, 50/60 Hz Performance Period: Basic Performance Period 1 Mar 12 thru 31 Mar 13 with 4 year options. *The contractor shall install the refrigerated containers at Yokota Commissary prior to 1 May 12 and remove them after completion of the performance. **The contractor shall provide repairs, adjustments and maintenance work required to ensure the proper operation. The contractor shall furnish all the following supplies necessary for the proper operation of the containers such as, but no limited to, lights, gas, temperature record history card. ***The contractor shall provide emergency maintenance service during power outages whether scheduled or not, to insure there is no loss of product due to temperature functions. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will notify the contractor for all scheduled and emergency power outages.
