The proposed contract action is forsupplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit andnegotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under theauthority of FAR 6.302. 17.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotationwhich shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items underthis acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. 18.Based upon market research, the Government is not using thepolicies contained in Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, inits solicitation for the described supplies or services.
