- The contractor shall furnish facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision and labor to provide lodging accommodations, meal services, conference rooms, and audiovisual services, as specified herein, for the US Army Recruiting Battalion Annual Training Conference (ATC), 19 - 22 April 2012, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth in this Performance Work Statement.
