- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity has a Firm Fixed Price type requirement for a Zephyr NGS Workstation and LapChip XT System to support ongoing projects. This requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizops.gov/. The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about March 30, 2012 and will only be available until April 30, 2012. Specifications of the requirement are provided in solicitation: W81XWH-12-T-0195. Potential offers are responsible for accessing the website and responding to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. To be eligible for an award, offerors MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at http://www.ccr.gov and submitted required representation and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored and bidder lists will not be maintained. Potential offerors are required to direct all questions via email to shylonda.y.minter@us.army.mil by 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2012.
