- Forest Road 160 Reconstruction. Reconstruction of 2.8 miles of road from Seneca Pumped Storage Reservoir to Jakes Rocks. Work will included grading, culvert replacement, pit run surfacing, DSA limestone, barrier placement and miscellaneous work items. FR 160 project is approximately 5 miles east of Warren, PA. Take US 6 east from Warren for.5 miles to SR 59. Take SR 59 for approximately.5 miles to SR 2010. Take SR 2010 for approximately.5 miles to Forest Road 160. Take FR 160 for 5.9 miles. Seneca Pumped Storage reservoir is on the left. Project starts at the paved visitor entrance road to the reservoir and extends to Jakes Rocks Road (FR 492). Price Range is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Work is expected to start in June 2012 and take 120 days to complete. Solicitation materials will be uploaded to this site on or about April 16, 2012. It will include maps, specs, drawings, and all information needed to submit an offer. Bid bond is required. Performance and Payment bonds will be required for successful offeror.
