- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W81XWH-12-R-0021 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOUT 30 March 2012 and proposals will be due on 02 May 2012 @ 12:00 Eastern Standard Time. The Government requirement is for The Prime Maintainer Maintenance Management Services Program. This will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside for a Base one (1) year plus four (4) one year option periods, subject to availability of funds. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611. This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the solicitation. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about on Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) at the following web link http://acquistion.army.mil/afsi/. In accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.204-7003, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted. All questions shall be submitted electronically no later than 13 April 2012 at 12:00 PM EST to the Contract Specialist.
