- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Office Relocation services for a period of 6 months. Relocate personnel from Madison, Alabama to Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. ALL quotes and ALL related questions must be submitted to the following email address: ashantas.k.cornelius@us.army.mil. No phone calls, please. As part of your proposal please provide a statement indicating that you are able to meet ALL of the requirements mentioned in the RFP. If you cannot meet ALL of the requirements, your proposal will be considered technically unacceptable and you will not be eligible for award.
