- This is Modification 15 to the synopsis entitled RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND LOGISTICSSERVICES (RLLS) NNJ11401832R which was posted on July 28, 2011. You are notified that thefollowing changes are made: 1) Questions and Answers 46 - 51 are posted in response to the Modification 7 synopsis,as it related to the Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Please note that the Request forProposal was issued on February 21, 2012 and supersedes the Draft SOW.The Questions andAnswers resulting from the Modification 7 synopsis are posted as a data point referenceonly. 2)The point of contact for Contracting Officer is changed from Julie K. Karr to AneesahK. Vaughn. Contact information reflects the change.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
