- THIS IS ONLY A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE! SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR BEFORE 03 APRIL 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. MICC ICO Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0171 for Gounds Maintenance Services at Facility WA029 Renton USARC (14631 SE 192nd Street, Renton, WA 98058); in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and the term and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01 May 2012 (or subsequent date) through 30 April 2013 with four (4) one year options. **Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
